Clane LaCrosse
Founder / President / CEO
Clane LaCrosse founded Bosque Systems in 2007 with Ernst & Young 1998 Hall of Famer, Joe Mitchell. Clane holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, where he played college football, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University. After observing the need for additional saltwater disposal (SWD) capacity in the Barnett Shale, and using a consultative approach, the company built its first SWD in 2008. From the initial identification of this single disposal well, Clane was then able to leverage the opportunity into a shared services business model for top U.S. operators creating a total water management solutions company. The initial funding of the company relied on the belief that the industry would face environmental issues relating to water sourcing, treatment, storage, and disposal. Clane’s motivation and perseverance came from his strong conviction that U.S. producers would adjust their social consciousness towards responsible management of their most important resource - water. Clane was recognized by Ernst & Young in 2014 as Entrepreneur of the Year in Southwest Region. Today, Mr. Lacrosse is a leading expert in the commercial disposal well, water treatment and logistical industries. Peter Pappas
Vice President of Growth and Business Development
Mr. Pappas holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University. Mr. Pappas joined Bosque Systems in late 2011 and has been responsible for leading Bosque's growth and management of all sales and service functions for the organization. Peter Pappas manages the individual market leaders, new business opportunities, and growth across all current and emerging markets for the organization. Prior to joining Bosque Peter was Vice President and Regional Director for Willis North America for ten years. During his tenure at Willis Mr. Pappas worked closely in a consultative role with large organizations’ executive teams in designing and implementing risk management and benefit solutions. Peter has an extensive background developing organic growth through diverse funding arrangements and organizing association purchasing groups. Richard Vestal
Vice President of Internal Resources
Richard Vestal holds a B.A. in Biology from Texas Christian University and a J.D. from the Bates College of Law at The University of Houston. Mr. Vestal is a licensed attorney and member of the State Bar of Texas. He currently serves as Vice President-Internal Resources for Bosque Systems, L.L.C. In his role at Bosque, Mr. Vestal has responsibility for Procurement, Contract Management, Human Resources, Risk Management, Safety Management and Asset Management. Prior to joining the Bosque team, Mr. Vestal held senior positions with TerraHawk, L.L.C., VarTec Telecom, Inc. and Cameron Iron Works, Inc. He has over thirty years of professional experience, including twenty years in the oil and gas industry, as a senior level executive in the areas of procurement, human resources, real estate, and employment law, as well as risk management, corporate security, facilities management, and mergers and acquisitions. Ryan McAlister
Vice President of Finance and Accounting
Ryan holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters of Accountancy from Baylor University. Mr. McAlister is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Mr. McAlister joined Bosque Systems in 2010 and has responsibilities for Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Procurement. Prior to joining the Bosque team, Mr. McAlister worked in the audit practice at KPMG. During that time he worked in the financial services group auditing a wide range of both publicly held Fortune 500 clients to small closely held companies. Chris Kapcsos
Vice President of the Permian Basin Region
Chris Kapcsos holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A with a concentration in Finance from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Kapcsos has been with Bosque Systems since 2007 and currently serves as Vice President of the Permian Basin Region. In his role at Bosque Systems, Chris has responsibility for financial growth and success of the region through Business Development and Operations Management. During his career at Bosque Systems, Mr. Kapcsos has led the IT, Project Management and Solutions Groups. Mr. Kapcsos is experienced with regulatory agencies in all Bosque markets. He has also developed major projects including saltwater disposal well, pipeline gathering, and major water management, treatment & reuse infrastructures. Deborah Teeples
Vice President of Human Resources
Deborah Teeples has over 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management. Mrs. Teeples joined Bosque in 2013 and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. In her role at Bosque Systems, Deborah has a responsibility of directing all of the people functions of the corporation in accordance with the policies and practices of the company, and the ethical and social consciences of the business. Deborah is also responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the company with the best people talent.

Prior to joining the Bosque team, Mrs. Teeples worked at Presidio, INX, and was a franchise owner. She is well versed in the many facets of business operations with strong interpersonal skills. Mrs. Teeples promotes a culture of individual contribution and corporate performance.
